🦄🌟 When I set out to build Pennies to Profits™, my mission was & is #Clear: To Empower & Inspire My #LuckyGirls to crush it in the investment #markets and prove they’re just as #smart as the Bros, who statistically dominate the market. I’ve been in Finance for 18Yrs working for some small banks 🏦 such as BofA, Wells Fargo, & Citi Bank, and, that’s No Big Deal Right 🤷🏽♀️. Honestly, calling myself a #Boss at this point is an understatement because let’s be honest, in this #GirlBossCulture, where EVERYONE is Claiming that they’re a “Boss” the real Truth is that there’s only a few of us that have played the long game to get to this point. I am here to tell you from the time I joined this #MoneyGame at 24 Years Old; I have almost #ALWAYS found myself being the #ONLY woman in the room on so many occasions over that it’s not even funny. And, to have another Minority Woman in the corporate room, oh, you’re just basically asking for gold bars to be delivered right to your doorstep by the Fairy GodMother😂.
I’ve often felt like I was walking a long road down the path alone maintaining the status of being a permanent fixture in this industry of the possibility of what the young girlies could be. But, the issue was that my Girlies👩🏽💻 were making different career 📲choices because a career in money just seemed too overwhelming. So, I sat out on this journey to teach money from the point of simplicity. It can be easy.
With that being said, here are 3 Quick Tips to #Affirm your #brilliance in #MoneyMagic 🪄 Hunnie🙌🏽🍭 to at least get you started in the right direction.
1️⃣ Level Up Your Knowledge: Knowledge is your secret weapon! Dive into market trends, binge finance podcasts, and never stop learning. In order to master a strategy in investing you have to be on point with the info you’re consuming on a daily basis. This gives you more confidence in your ability to execute trades after you’ve decided which asset you are trading📚🔥
2️⃣ Trust Your Gut: You’ve got the instincts, use them! Your intuition is your superpower💪🏽✨ so don’t let anyone make you second-guess your decisions. I test my strategies religiously, but if my head is not in the game I shy away from entering the markets that day, and, when my head is in the Game, best believe I’m jumping into the deep end ready to go & take profits off the top!
3️⃣ Stay Consistent: Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither are fortunes. We live in this Social Media Culture where people are actually starting to equate the number of #followers you have to how much money one has in the bank. Is that crazy🤪 or what? But, as we continue to build in the #CreatorEconomy the structure of it is only going to continue to become stronger & solidify as time goes on. We are paving the way for a new identity in economic power💥. And, it’s going to look totally 💯 Percent different from the way previous Gens operated. And, I love that because it’s gives us the opportunity to pull the stuffiness out of business & to recreate business structures & companies that are built around ideals of being more socially conscious & aware of what’s going on in everyday culture.
I believe, as Millennials, it’s probably going to take another 20+ Years for the way we think to begin governing society based off the basic principles of generational shifts. The Beauty of that though is that while we may be the ones who’ve been pushing for change the past 20 Years, it’s going to be our kids (i.e. #GenZ) that stand up and require it become permanent fixtures in our culture. In other words, our consistency will translate into another version of their economic freedoms which will play out in their daily lives and wallets. That being said, managing your money in a similar fashion with consistency & transparency will give you a edge as you watch your investments grow over time 📈🌿
